Are you a driven and committed project manager who wants a central role in exciting construction projects? Then you could be the one we are looking for to join our team at LBF Bygg & Mark AB.

About the Role

As a project manager with us, you are a key person in the projects. You are responsible for leading and driving projects from start to finish with a focus on quality, economy, time, and resources. You independently lead the project and ensure profitability through proper staffing, technical solutions, and efficient production. You will also be an important link between the site manager, suppliers, clients, and production staff.

Your tasks include, among others:

Leading and managing projects according to agreed requirements and goals

Responsible for quality, efficiency, and safety in the projects

Planning and executing production according to technical requirements

Responsible for certain purchases

Actively communicating and providing feedback to the site manager and other project members

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who enjoys early mornings and has a positive, unpretentious, and responsible attitude. You thrive in a leadership role and are a natural problem solver who enjoys building good relationships within and outside the company. You are flexible and ready to step in where needed.

We believe you have:

At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry

Bas-U and Bas-P

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Driver's license B

Location:

We are based in Arlanda City, with projects primarily in northern Greater Stockholm and sometimes in other locations.
